27 February 2020 – the Global Arbitration Review (GAR) reported on the Swedish Supreme Court’s request for a preliminary ruling from the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) in the PL Holdings v Poland case, in which Fietta LLP secured two final awards for its client in 2017 worth more than $200 million.
