Jane is a Senior Paralegal at Fietta LLP. Jane joined the firm in 2016. She has extensive experience supporting a wide range of investor-State arbitration cases, under the ICSID, SCC, LCIA and UNCTRAL rules. She also provides support in inter-State arbitrations and proceedings before the ICJ. As lead paralegal, Jane provides support throughout the lifecycle of a dispute, from matter inception through to hearing and post-hearing support, both virtually and in person. Jane’s matter experience has included those of high value, sensitivity and complexity and has encompassed working alongside and supporting the firm’s co-counsel where required. Jane is also heavily involved in the firm’s knowledge management and liaison with external service providers.
Prior to joining Fietta, Jane worked at a leading US law firm providing technical and case management support within that firm’s Practice Support Service for Europe.
