Charlotte is a dual-qualified Australian and US lawyer (admitted in New York State), and a senior associate at Fietta LLP.

Charlotte has worked on a wide range of international disputes, including investment treaty and commercial arbitrations.  She has represented international companies and foreign governments in connection with arbitrations under the major institutional and ad hoc arbitration rules, including UNCITRAL, ICC, and AAA/ICDR.

Charlotte has also acted in a variety of legal proceedings before US courts, including in the enforcement of arbitral awards and foreign judgments against commercial and sovereign entities.

Charlotte holds a Bachelor of Laws and Arts from the University of Western Australia and a Master of Laws in International Legal Studies from New York University School of Law.
