18 May 2016 – Stephen Fietta spoke at the  Le Café des Arbitres (LCDA)  conference  on “Decision-Making in International Arbitration” in Paris.

6 May 2016 – Jiries Saadeh has been appointed to sit on the consultation board for Practical Law’s arbitration service.

19 April 2016 – Stephen Fietta spoke at  BIICL’s Investment Treaty Forum  seminar on “The Execution of Awards in Investor-State Arbitration:  Continuing Challenges for States and Investors.”  The seminar took place in London.

18 April 2016 – Stephen Fietta spoke at a  Quadrant Chambers conference  titled “A dialogue: W(h)ither ICSID jurisdiction?”, advancing a “respondent perspective” on the issues under debate.

9 April 2016 – Jiries Saadeh chaired a panel on ‘Organised armed groups in international law’ at the ILA British Branch Spring Conference.  The Conference took place at Lancaster University on 8-9 April.  The Conference programme is available here.

24 March 2016 – A Practitioner’s Guide to Maritime Boundary Delimitation, by Stephen Fietta and Robin Cleverly, is published by OUP.  The book’s description, table of contents, and introduction, is available on OUP’s website here.
