Commentary in the Financial Times – On 29 April 2021, the Financial Times reported on the Firm’s December 2019 victory in the Bahgat v Egypt case and the Dutch bailiff’s recent seizure of the former residence of the Egyptian ambassador in The Hague following Egypt’s non-payment of the award.
