3 December 2019 – Stephen Fietta QC and Laura Rees-Evans attended the European Commission’s 2nd Stakeholder Workshop on intra-EU investment. The event allowed the Commission and Member States to update the investor community on recent developments and provided investors with an opportunity to provide critical feedback on the future of ISDS in Europe ahead of the anticipated termination of most intra-EU BITs.
